Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of education level, job experience, professional qualification level, and continuing education on auditor quality. Independent variables in this study were of education level, job experience, professional qualification level, and continuing education. Dependent variable of this study was the auditor quality. The data in this study was the primary data that has obtained from the directly spread questioner to the auditor who worked on the office of BPKP Bengkulu Province. The questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents but only 35 questionnaires which can be analyzed/processed. The multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the hypothesis with SPSS program. The result of this study has should that the education level, job experience, professional qualification level, and continuing education were partially positively affected to the auditor quality.
