Abstract

This study aimed to describe the role that teachers Guidance and Counseling (BK) SMAN 1 Arga Makmur in solving problems faced emotional disorders students. Subjects were BK Teachers and Students. Selection of informants based on purposive sampling. The data was collected using in-depth interviews and literature. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously in conjunction with the data collection process using conventional techniques applicable in qualitative research that includes testing, sorting, categorization, evaluation, comparison, data reduction, data display and come to the conclusion to get verification concepts as a result of research . The results showed that the role of teacher communication in SMAN 1 Argamakmur BK is effective because it meets the characteristics in interpersonal communication that BK is able to make the student teachers that are closed to be opened with the evidence would telling issues facing emotional distress, BK teacher can change a student emotional distress negative in the context of the offense likes to do with communication approach could change the attitude of students towards the better.
