Abstract

Government programs usually have good performance in project implementation period. The sustainability was often a problem. The purposes of this research were to know PNPM LMP success achieved accordance with indicator in Operational Technical Guidance of Program in Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. The used methods for analysis were descriptive analysis, comparative analysis and Tobit Model regression analysis. The success indicator were community self effort, maintenance of asset, object quantity poor community group, village institutions involved. Assumed push factor the program successfully were technical aspect, social aspect and environment aspect. Tobit Model Analysis result was show success of PNPM LMP in Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara supported by technical, social and environment aspect. Included technical aspect support were seed and local material available (EY = 0.4183). Social aspect support were included sum of worker (EY = 0.2074), sum of asset user(EY =0.2284), and no conflict during implementation (EY =0.7008). Environment aspect support were bed condition environment early (EY = 0.4376) and there were not damaged by animal husbandary (EY = 0.9747).
