Abstract
Classroom Action Research (CAR) has been done to (1) increase the understanding of conceptual and procedural knowledge, and 92) know the effectiveness of Guided Problem Sheets (GPS). The participants in present study consisted of 73 third year physics education students. The results of data analysis indicate that the using of model of grouping investigation learning in the course of II mathematics for physics is able to (a) increase students’ conceptual and procedural knowledge, (b) 91,7% students agree GPS can provide guidance of problem solving, (c) 87,5% students agree GPS can cause the course to be enjoyful.
