Abstract
The main purpose of this study to compare dinamic model for money demand in Indonesia. In fact , there are money demand models in Indonesia had been resulted, but its seldom to compare the models. This research used annual data from 1986 – 2002. Using a static model is resulted a regression as well as the dinamic models. Eventhough, from that models, the dinamic model has better result if it is used to estimate for money demand in Indonesia than a static model. From the dinamic models, Error Corection Model is the best model.
