Abstract

The population of the study was all employers of the Development Administration Bureau of - Governmint Secretariat of Bengkulu Province equal to 56 respondents. The sampling collection method wos c"rri, techniques, so that the number of the samples taken as an analysis unitwas 56 respondents. The data analysis methods were descriptive analysis and multiple regression onilysis. The results of the data analysis show that firsS the individual charactiristic hove an effect on significont toward officers' performance at the Development administration Bureau of Government Secretariat of Bengkulu Province, second, the work environment have an effect on significant toward o1fiiers, performance at the Development Administration Bureau of Government secretariat of Bengkulu Province; third the motivation have an effect on significant toward officers' performance at the Development Administration Bureau of Government secretariat of Bengkulu Province; and'fourth the individuol characteristic' work environment, and motivation have ain ffict-on significant toward officers' performance at
