Abstract

The purposes of study are to examine the influencing of participation budget on managerial performance. Moreover, this study also examines the impact of management cost knowledge on the relationship between participation budget and managerial performance. The sample of 56 middle managers was selected based on purposive sampling method. This study found that cost management knowledge purely moderate the relationship between budgetory participation and managerial performance
