Abstract

Abstract: The research objectives are to analyzing the level of performance achievement of minimum standards of health service in North Bengkulu Regency. This research used the quantitative descriptive and evaluative research. The research using census units, by examining all existing Community Health Center in North Bengkulu Regency. This study used secondary data as the main data (the data obtained from the annual report of the Department of Health North Bengkulu Regency), and followed by an interview to the Chief Medical Officer North Bengkulu Regency as a cross check. Performance of the health sector conducted by the Community Health Center cannot achieve minimum standard of health service in compare with the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 741/Menkes/Per/VII/2008 about Minimum Standards of Service in the Health Sector in Regency/City. There only nine indicators of minimum services that can be achieved by Community Health Center in North Bengkulu Regency, from 22 minimum standards of health service that must be met. Independence and awareness of the health from community is very good, shown by the fact the whole Community Health Center in North Bengkulu Regency gain 100% range for the Active and Standby Village.
