Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analysis the influences of leadership role, motivation and commitment employees, towards the employee perfomance on the Department of Mines and the Energy of North Bengkulu District. The data used were primary data, that collecting with interview and quetionnaires. Population of this reaserch was 54 people, all the population becomes the respondents. The type of the research was descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis. The research showed that there is a positive and significant impact between the leadership role, motivation and commitment employees, towards the employee perfomance on the Department of Mines and the Energy of North Bengkulu District. Motivation is the biggest impact for the e mpl oy ee ’s performance.
