Abstract
Insurance of impecunious family health programe is addressed government program to defray health service for impecunious society. This research aim to to : 1). Assessing storey; level effectiveness insurance of impecunious health program evaluated from benefit felt by all party of related to insurance of impecunious family health program, 2). Identifying factors of which deal with storey; level effectiveness insurance of impecunious family health program. In this research checked by relation of performance of team organizer insurance of impecunious family health program,effectiveness of fund adjacent insurance of impecunious family health and performance of team organizer fund insurance of impecunious family health to effectiveness insurance of impecunious family health program, 3). Formulating strategic stages; teps which can be used to increase effectiveness execution insurance of impecunious family health program.Research method use data of primary and data sekunder, while used analysis method is analyse bivariate and analyse multivariate.Data-processing result indicate that insurance of impecunious family health programe in BPRSUD Arga Makmur Regency North of Bengkulu not yet walked effectively. Result of examination with analysis bivariate show effectiveness insurance of mpecunious family health programe correlate positive which significant with variable performance of team of organizer insurance of impecunious family health, effectiveness of fund adjacent of insurance of impecunious family health and performance of team organizer of fund insurance of impecunious family health.But result analyse multivariate indicate that variable performance of team organizer of fund insurance of impecunious family health X3) shall no longger correlate significant with effectiveness insurance of impecunious family health programe. This result is giving indication that role of performance of team organizer of insurance of impecunious family health and effectiveness of fund adjacent of insurance of impecunious family health is more dominant. Result of this research give implication that insurance of impecunious family health ought to cope to increase the performance in order to effectiveness of health service for impecunious society earn improved. Therefore insurance of impecunious family health programe need to formulate strategic stages; steps in order to the especial target from reachable insurance of impecunious family health programe.
