This condition is further exacerbated by rising fuel prices that are too high lead to an increase in the price of other goods. Therefore, it has impacts on the transportation entrepreneurs in particular transportation, which like the company's transportation business long-distance, inter-city bus suffered a sharp deterioration in the terms of the acquisition passengers. When we look at other factors that also trigger auto bus business slump was due to a price war with some airlines. Coupled facilities currently available online ticket booking service, known as E-ticketing, it is also quite a strike for auto bus transportation business. From the background of the problem, then the problem will be examined in this study is: How much the ticket online (E-Ticketing) and cheap tickets on Lion Air airlines influence does to the interests of consumers using bus transportation service of PO. SAN Bengkulu. This research is an explanation (explanatory research). The method of data collection was done by: 1.Studi literature, 2. Field studies. While the techniques of data collection is done in the following manner: 1. Interview, the data collection techniques by conducting direct interviews with owners transportation services of PO SAN Bengkulu. 2. Questionnaire, the data collection by deploying the question in the form of questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, which respondents are selected according to particular goals (Sugiyono, 2008:85), the samples were taken should the respondents who had used the transportation service PO. SAN and also never used the services of Lion Air airlines. Analysis method, which uses Qualitative Analysis and Quantitative Analysis comprising: Regression and Correlation Analysis, Testing Hypothesis (t test and f test). SPSS analysis of the results obtained by the value of descriptive statistics are: Average Consumer Interests (Y) is equal to 27.34 with a standard deviation of 0.3977 by the number resonden 50 people. Adjusted R Square value of 0.547. This means that 5.7% Consumer Interests variables can be explained by the variable Tickets Online (X1), and Cheap Tickets (X2), while the rest (100% - 54.7% = 45.3%) is explained by causes other variables are not included in the regression model. Constant value of 4.337 states that if there is no variable Tickets Cheap Tickets Online and the interest of consumers to choose to use bus transportation services of SAN fixed at 4.337. Online Tickets regression coefficient of 0.301 (X1) can be interpreted that if every 1 unit increase in online tickets will increase by 0.301 units of Consumer Interests. Cheap Tickets regression coefficient of 0.422 (X2) can be interpreted that if every 1 unit increase in cheap tickets will increase consumer interest by 0.422 units. For multiple correlation coefficient (R) is equal to 0.772, which means there is a very strong influence between variables ticket online (X1) and cheap tickets (X2) on the flight Lion, the consumer interest (Y) in the transport services use
