Abstract
Humans are the mos t important fa ctor in the pr ogr e s s of time, an d as the lead role in any company or organization. This research is des criptive. The data collected is pri m ar y data and Secondary data were co lle cted thr o ugh questionnaires and interview s. Purpose of this study is to in v es t iga t e and ana l yze employee performa n ce, factors that affect the performance and the efforts that have been made district offici als SAMSAT Kepa hiang . The whole research interview gives a good conclusion, t herefor some things fr om the employee's performance is still de ficient such as the lack of hu man resources and fr equent power outa ges. W hile a contributing factor has been the practi ce of vehicle ta x payment arrangements with online systems and proce dures to provide a s ervice th at is ea s y and straightforward. Effort has been ma d e to include employees as training or technical guidance then enf orces tax payment online system. Suggestions by the researcher s should fur ther imp r ove th e perfor mance of employ e es and retain existing pe r f or man c e. Th en SAMSAT can immediat ely provide electri c generato r and in terms of i n fr as tr u c tu r e faci liti es such as seats fo r ta x p ay e r can be added , in or der to cr eate co mf ortable conditions for taxpayer s in w aiting for the ser vice to complete.
