Abstract

  The  object ive  of  thi s   research  ar e  to   analyze  organization   restructur in g imple menta tion,  a ccur a cy   s taffing  and   wor k load   distribution  on  Nationa l   RoadsCons truction   of   Bengku lu  Province .   Res e arch   design   used  field  observation   and   em ploy e eopini ons  th r o u g h   interviews   and  questionnai r es.  The  rese arch   analys is  us ed   qualit ativedes criptive  with  data  tabulati on.  The  variables   us ed  wer e  job   analysis ,  employ eeplac e ment  a ccuracy  and   workload.  The  result   show  that  organizatio n   restructuring  imple men tation   is  in  accordancewith   job   an alyisis.  Und erstandin g  and  a   willi ngnes s   to   do  the  job   a ccording  to   the   jobanalysis  is   well  understood.  Terms  of  of fice   has  also  been  es tablished  in  ac cordance   withthe  conditions   of   employment   or  occu pati o n .  The  propor tion  of   the   workload  wasappr opr iate   even  thou gh   the  nu mber   of  empl oyees   in  the   span  of   months   s till  occu rwor k load   imb a l a n c e .  Staffing  requirements   bas ed   position  is   appr opriate.  Mos t   of  theemployees  are  good   regardin g  to  their   place ment   based  on  ed ucation   and   ma j o r s ,co mpeten ci es ,  work   ex pe r ie n ce   an d   phys ical   con d ition.
