Abstract

The  objective  of   this   article   is   to  for mulation   of  feasibil ity   study   for   live   coal   mining   within   the  region.  The  study  ba s e d   on   mar k et,  techni cal,  financi a l  and   envi ronmenta l  appr oach   revealed   that  livestock   coal  mining   is   a bs olutely  f easible.  Accordin g  to   finan cia l   measureme n t   such  as ,  PP,  BEP,  NP V   and   IRR  in d i c a t e d   that   the  PT.  Inti  Bara  Perdana  coa l   minin g  pr oject   is   s ign ifi cantly   accepted.  Mean while,   the  PT.  Inti  Bara  Perdana  intens   to  coal  minin g   project   and   th i s   project   needs  a  huge   budget   which   is   be y o nd   the   ca pacity   of  PT .  Inti   Bara  Perdana.  Other   fi n d i n gs   sugges t   to  invite  priv ate  sectors   to  pa rticipat e   in   certain   from   of  joint   cooperation . Therefor e  PT.  Inti   Bara  Perdana  is   ur ged   to  develop  such   kind  of  re­ engine er ing   i ns t it ution  which   could   involve  the  smal l  and   medium   enterprises   in  supporting  and  mainta ining   the   operation  of this  coal   mi n i n g  proj ect.
