Abstract

 This   study  ai me d   to   det ermine  the  eff ect   of  lea d er s h ip   , organizati ona l   cli m ate   and   motiv a tion   to w a r d s  service  excellen ce   in   Bengkulu  Pr ovincia l   Parliam ent  secretariat   .   Method   of  analysis  is   descriptive   and   regression  analys is   techniques   to  determine   the  eff ec t   of   ea ch  variable  levels   of  leadership  ,  or gan i zational   climate  and   motiv ation   tow a rds   service  ex c e lle n ce   in   Bengkulu   Provincia l  Parliament  secr et ariat   .  The  data  us ed   in  this   study  is   primary  data  ,  which  was  collect ed   by  distributing  question naires   to  empl oye e s   Bengkulu  Provincial  Parliament  se cretariat  .  The  nu mber   of   samples   in   th i s   study  were  60   respondents  using  probabilis ti c  sampling  methods   .  Res ults   of   F­ tes t   of  significan ce   of   0.000   .  This  indicates   that  no   eff ect   of   vari ables  toget h er   lead ership  ,  organ i zationa l   cli mat e  and   motivation  towards   s ervice  ex cellence   in   Bengkulu   Provincial   Parliament  Secretar iat   .  C o ef fi ci en t   of  mu l t i p l e   deter minati on   (   R2  )   of  0.3 29   ,  mea n ing   togeth er   32 .9   %  change   in   the   dependent  variable  (   Y  )   that   is   excellen t   service   in   the   Parliament   Secretar iat   Bengkulu   province  caus ed   by  the  leaders hip  variable  (   X1  )   ,  organi zationa l   cli mat e  (   X2  )   and   motivation   (   X3  )   .  W hile   th e   rema ini n g  67.1  % was  caus ed by other   variables   not   ex a min ed   in   this   study  .  Results   of   t ­ test  of   s ignificance   of   ea c h   inde penden t   variable  of  0.033  ,  0.01 3  and  0. 0 0 6   .  This   shows   that  there   are  ef fe ct s   in   partial  le a d er s h i p   ,   organizatio n al  cli mat e  and   motivation   towards   s ervice  ex cel l ence   in   Bengkulu   Provincial   Parliame nt   Secretar ia t   ,  with   th e   hi ghes t  beta   value  of  0.33 1  motivati on  variable  and  the   lowest  at   0,24 4  of  leadership  variables.
