Abstract
The research ob je ctive was to me a s u r e effect of moti vation, co m mit ment and organizatio n in the work en vi r o n m en t on employee performance Testing Center for Cons truction and Public Works Building Bengkulu province either partially or simultaneously. The study was conducted on 10 0 em ployees Testing Center for Cons truction and Public Works Building Bengkulu province who serve as research samples are taken by simple random sampling technique.
