Abstract
The research purposes are(1) Doirig comprehensive situation analysis and identification of principlg on literary Indonesian language and PPI(N *t i.tt at. gender bias; ryt9nal,(2) identifting on understandiug ofjunior high school reilcher and student on bias ind responsive gender to establistr conscience and constructing on early draft ,*pgnsi"., (4tiJ"niifyi"g 9f perception of the school teachers; (3)materiai design and teaching media of literary Indonesian language and PPKN which gender "rr "tfrl"r"Uf" #r*ey and apfropriate actioldan o-1l3ching media. Methods used is rcsearcn ano deuelopniJat uarii ori Borg and crtt 1t98e1, ryto,g implementation in ICT covJr identification, problem'analysis ed requiremurt ttnough FGD; as well as liierary study as material desigr on material substances and teaching media of literar,v'Indonesian lanfilage and PPKN which responsive gender at ppKN jUNior high school. Ths researctrres"ult shows ihat principlimaterial on several teaching books ofliterary Indonesian language and published by Gras5indo, Tiga Serangkai, Yudhistirq and Erlangga are yet gender responsive. Women and men are placed according tieir gender rolei. Men are in public sector, and while women rye i1 domegtlc sector, and also in those ilof pi"t*o fas bdl illustrations. Student understanding based on identification is very bias on gender due to norm md value of society. Teacher pqrceptions on men and womeu roles, responsibilities are conventional which is gender bias. Identification result, of iequirements which the respondents ar.e teacher shows thal teashing books literary ladonesian languagc and ppKN are not appreciale on requiremen! uperie.nco and opportunity which.are equals between men and women. Corrsction is Oone are j4 syllabi upgrading by developing teaching analysis throuBh grouping of basic competency, indicator, principle substances which inGnelated into one unit teaching. Syllabi type developed based on assignmeni in regard to sinraiion, topic and function characteristics activity and assigrment presentation; (b) teaching -urLia product*having complete ginder responsive learning; Communication rechnolocy isdia considering multicultural (c) perceptioo and activity .choice on Indormation and perspective and student psychological-social characteristics.
