Abstract
The research aimed is to analize the influence of motivation, leadership and work culture towards performance of civil servant at the General Election Commission in the Province of Bengkulu . The reseach has used survey method, which is the information has collected from the respondents by distributing qu estionnaire as a tool to collect primary data. Sample in the research is civil servant in the General Election Commission in the Province of Bengkulu which amount to 85 people. Data source that has obtained in the research was primary data, in order to statistically data sampling, it has scored each question in the questionnaire which raised to responders. The research used Likert Scale (5 points). The analysis tool that has used was qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis has used frequency distribution and quantitative analysis has used multiple regressions, multiple determination coefficients , correlation coefficient and F test and t test. Conclusion of the research shows that motivation (X1), leadership(X 2) and work culture (X3)both partially and simultaneously have positive and significant influence towards performance of the employees. The result has been expecting the leaders to be more motivate their subordinates so they can work better, and upgrading motivate of the employees by affirming again in executing duty from superior. Appreciate every work of the employees so they can be more motivated in work, and interlace good relation between leader and subordinates . It is aimed to increase work performance of the employee in coming periods. To the next researcher, further research has expected to include more respondent, variables , factors and other indicators that has not be en described in this research.
