Abstract

The purpose of the research was to analysis of the education and training needs for the head master of school in Bengkulu Province. The problem of the research are: (a) to develop of the curriculum for the education and training of the school headmaster; (b) to develop of the learning material for improving of the school head master competences; (c) to develop of the instrument for measurement of the school head master competences; and (e) to elaboration of recommendation about criteria and mechanism for follow to the head master education and training. This research was designed as research and development approach. Data collecting were interview and documentation study. The result of analysis are shown on transcript in table 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, and 4-6 they are to conduct the structure of program, the content and competencies, the scope of training material, instrument for measurement of school head master competences, and recommendation for policy making about criteria and mechanism for follow to the head master education and training.
