Abstract
The article focuses on learning about teaching drawing attention to how teacher must recognize and respond to competing agendas about teaching with active, creative, innovative, effective, and joyfull learning. Lesson study is a challenging values on teaching about teaching among teacher together. Lesson study is a model of learning for continuing professional development of teacher. The way as to enhance the valuing of teacher’s competencies, skill, and abilities about PAIKEM.
