Abstract

The research purpose is to describe (1) the development of teacher
discipline in planning learning, (2) disciplinary guidance for the teacher to carry
out the teaching and learning process, (3) disciplinary guidance for the teacher to
carry out learning evaluation, (4) teacher disciplinary follow up on learning
evaluation results The research method used in this study is a qualitative
research method. Data was collected using observation, interviews,
documentation. Data analysis using an interactive model with steps - data
collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The
results showed that teacher discipline was directed, mentored, monitored the
preparation of learning plans, disciplined guidance in the implementation of
learning carried out by observing the class during learning, teacher pick-up
schedules, absenteeism in and out of school, preparing learning facilities and
media, implementing discipline training Evaluation is carried out by evaluating
daily, monthly, midterm and end of semester, and following up the results of the
assessment by giving remedial to students who are less than KKM, adding
teacher incentives, giving awards.
