PELAKSANAAN KETERAMPILAN DASAR MENGAJAR ( Studi Deskriptip Kuantitatif Taman Kanak-Kanan Dharma Wanita Persatuan Argamakmur Bengkulu Utara )

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of basic skills in teaching
the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Argamakmur Kindergarten in North Bengkulu. The
research method is quantitative descriptive. Population and sample The study was all
teachers at the Dharma Wanita Persatuan Kindergarten, a sample of five people with
total sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation through
observation sheets and analysis techniques using the average statistical test. The results
showed that the implementation of basic teaching skills was good, where almost the
overall use of skills and components in it was good but there were still skills in particular
to strengthen the first observation and open and close the lessons in the first and second
observations which were still in sufficient criteria implementation. the implication in this
study is that not all basic teaching skills have been implemented properly but are still in
sufficient criteria, there are still many components used that have not been used in the
implementation so that in the future it should be noted the use of skills and components
in order to improve learning
