Abstract
This research is a classroom action research conducted in three cycles that aims to
describe activities, science process skills, and student learning outcomes. The
subjects of the study were students of class X Mia 2 SMA Plus N 7 Bengkulu city
which amounted to 34 people. This research is conducted in four stages: planning,
acting, observing, and reflection. Instruments used in this study are the test of
learning outcomes, observation sheet of teacher and student activity, science
process skill observation sheet. The results showed that student learning activity
in cycle I with average 24.5 (good category), increased in cycle II to 27 (good
category) and increased again in cycle III to 29 (good category). The learning
outcomes in the knowledge aspect for the first cycle obtained knowledge learning
knowledge 73,53%, increased in cycle II to 82%, and increased again in the third
cycle of 100%. The scientific process skills obtained for cycle I of 2.3 (good
category), increased in cycle II to 2.42 (good category), and increased again in
cycle III to 2.95 (good category). It can be concluded that the implementation of
learning-based project model learning can improve learning outcomes and science
process skills in business and energy materials at SMA Plus N 7 Bengkulu city.
