PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER MELALUI SENI TARI DI SANGGAR SENI CIKAK KOTA BENGKULU

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of group guidance based on
local wisdom to improve character values through dance art. The method in this study is
an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study
were members of the Cikak Art Studio in Bengkulu City, amounting to 40 people. The
sample used purposive sampling. The number of samples is 15 people. Data from this
study were analyzed using the Z test. The results showed that character values following
group guidance activities increased through dance, this was indicated by the value of z =
-3.409b with a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.001, which means 0.001 <0.05. This
finding shows that there is an influence of group guidance based on local wisdom to
improve character values through dance at the Cikak Art Studio, Bengkulu City.
