Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyze the management of the microteaching laboratory,
planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the microteaching laboratory at the
teaching and learning faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The method
used is qualitative research methods. Qualitative research itself is a research approach that
aims to understand phenomena by exploring information in depth and detail through
interviews, observations, or document analysis. The research results show that planning
has been carried out well by the microteaching laboratory management but is not yet
optimal because the laboratory is also managed by the faculty so planning is limited.
Implementation has been carried out well but there are still several shortcomings such as
limitations in budget management. The evaluation has been carried out quite well and is
not optimal because it only evaluates a few problems, not the whole. The follow-up
carried out was quite good but still not optimal because there were some who did not
follow up after carrying out the evaluation.
