PENGEMBANGAN MODEL BLOK PADA EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN NILAI KEPEMIMPINAN SISWA ( Penelitian dan Pengembangan di SMP N 7 Lubuklinggau)

The general problem of this research was how to develop a block model
in scout extracurricular activities to increase the value of student leadership at
SMP N 7 Lubuklinggau. This study aimed to develop a scout extracurricular
management model in increasing the value of student leadership at SMP N 7
Lubuklinggau, by 1) Describing the implementation of scout extracurricular
activities in increasing the value of student leadership, 2) Describe the things that
are needed in the development of a block model in scout extracurricular activities
to increase the value of student leadership, 3) Developing a hypothetical model of
scout extracurricular management in increasing the value of student leadership.
The research design used research and development (R & D) methods. The
subjects in this study were school heads, scout coaches and students. Data
collection carried out in this research is interview, observation and documentation
techniques. The conclusion of this study was the need for the development of a
block model on scout extracurricular activities to increase the value of student
leadership at SMP N 7 Lubuklinggau. The result of the development carried out is
a hypothetical model.
