FAKTOR DETERMINAN KEPEMIMPINAN INOVATIF DALAM MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN DI SMPIT AN-NIDA’ LUBUKLINGGAU

The purpose of this research are to find out the determinant factor of innovative
leadership for improving learning quality in SMPIT An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau. The
problem formulation of this research were: 1) How is the overview of
constructive innovative leadership in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT
An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau, 2) How is the overview of creative innovative leadership
in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau, 3) How is
the overview of delegative innovative leadership in improving the quality of
learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau 4) How is the overview of integrative
innovative leadership in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟
Lubuklinggau, 5) How is the overview of rational & objective innovative
leadership in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟
Lubuklinggau, 6) How is the overview of pragmatic innovative leadership in
improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau, 7) How is
the overview of role model innovative leadership in improving the quality of
learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟ Lubuklinggau, 8) How is the overview of discipline
innovative leadership in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟
Lubuklinggau, 9) How is the overview of adaptable and flexible innovative
leadership in improving the quality of learning in SMPIT An-Nida‟
Lubuklinggau. The research method was descriptive surveys with quantitative
approach. The research sample were teachers, education staff, 8th grade students,
and the parents of 8th grade students. The data was collecting by questionnaire,
observation, and documentation. the data analysis technique used was calculated
the average score. The results of this study that role model was the most
determinant factor in innovative leadership in this school, with a score 4.67
