motivation; meaning that the hypothesis is rejected. And if the teacher's teaching
style is better, the more students' learning motivation will increase. The research
results show that there are indications that teachers at Senior High School 4
Bengkulu City tend to use a classical teaching style. The classical teaching style on
the positive side, this method can help students develop memorization skills and a
strong understanding of basic concepts. Students who are used to structure and
routine may find this style more organized and easier to follow. The research results
show that students' learning motivation with the highest average score is in the
dimension of desire to understand and master what is being studied, then initiative
to learn and commitment to learning tasks and obligations. Meanwhile, motivation
with the lowest average value is in the optimistic dimension regarding learning
outcomes
