Abstract
This study aims to describe the management of teacher promotion In particular, the objectives
of this study are: (1) Describe the promotion management plan using the Employee
Information System. (2) Describe the implementation of promotion management using the
Employee Information System. (3) Describe the evaluation of promotion management using
the Employee Information System. (4) Describe the inhibiting factors and how to overcome
the problem of managing promotion using the Employee Information System. This research
uses a qualitative approach, data collection and conclusion pulling. Data collection methods
used include interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that planning
was carried out to form a special work team known as the Teacher Performance Assessment
and Continuous Professional Development team, for implementation carried out on a
scheduled and programmatic basis, the results of evaluations were carried out annually by all
teachers to measure the success of the program made, and the inhibiting factor in the
management process was still the lack of teacher skills in technology, these obstacles can be
overcome by attending training online or offline.
