Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To describe the charismatic dimension of the
principal in overcoming conflict. 2) Describing the dimension of inspiration and
motivation of school principals in overcoming teacher conflicts. 3) Describing the
dimension of inspiration and motivation of school principals in overcoming
conflicts. 4) Describing the dimension of individualized consideration of school
principals in overcoming conflicts. The type of research used is descriptive
qualitative research. The results showed: 1) The Charisma dimension has been
applied by principals to overcome conflicts with indicators of exemplary, honest,
authoritative, and expressive. 2) The dimension of individual inspiration has been
applied by principals to overcome conflicts with indicators of providing
motivation, inspiring teachers and staff, increasing optimism. 3) The dimension of
Intellectual Stimulation has been implemented, but there is still much that must be
done by the principal in order to create superior school quality, including on
innovative, professional, and effective indicators. 4) The dimension of
Individualized Consideration has been applied by principals to overcome conflicts
with indicators of tolerance, fairness, democracy, overcoming conflicts that occur
between teachers, teachers with staff and teachers with students and giving
awards.
