Abstract
Study This will focus on theory formation creativity on individual manager
village tours with the use 4P framework (person, press, process, product) put
forward by Dimov (2007). Method Research used _ is method descriptive
qualitative. Data was collected from 3 sources manager And initiator
development village tour. Method data collection using technique observation
And interview. Election population And sample in the study This uses the
purposive sampling method. Measurement study in interview This consists of 5
questions to sources. Stages of analysis in a study that is data reduction, data
presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. Results study This shows that (1) the
Aspect of Personal individual influential positive to the formation of creativity in
the development of village tourism (2) the Aspect of Accepted pressure _
individual influential positive to the formation of creativity in the development
village tourism (3) Aspects of the process that goes through individual
influential positive to formation creativity in development village tourism (4)
Aspect Product individual results from stages formation creativity that can form
goods or services.
