Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Managerial
Myopia Terhadap ESG (Environmental, Social And Governance) Performance
Dengan Financial Contrains Sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Penelitian menggunakan
data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di
Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2019-2023, dengan jumlah sampel
sebanyak 20 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive
sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis
menggunakan regresi logistik dengan bantuan software EViews.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Managerial Myopia berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap ESG Performance. Rasio debt to equity tidak
mampu memoderasi pengaruh Managerial Myopia terhadap ESG Performance.
Dan Current Rasio juga tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh Managerial
Myopia terhadap ESG Performance.
Kata Kunci: Miopia Manajerial, Kinerja ESG, Rasio Utang terhadap Ekuitas, Rasio
Lancar.
