Abstract
Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini menjelaskan suatu kerangka konseptual yang
menggambarkan pengaruh dari variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap variabel prestasi kerja. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan dasar-dasar teori dari variabel-variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel prestasi kerja. Akhirnya beberapa tujuan penelitian yang mengamati tentang pengaruh variabel-variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi, prestasi kerja sangatlah diharapkan untuk mengembangkan tujuan penelitian.
