Abstract

The purpose of this research is relationship of teacher’s competence in
educational proces and teacher’s perception about skill managerial head
master’s with teacher’s work motivation of Elementary school in District
Gading Cempaka of Town Bengkulu. The method this research is a survey
with samples 95 of Elementary School Teacher by using proporsional
ramdom sampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data is
questionnaire which is developed and calibrated by the researcher him
self. They are involving self teacher’s competence in educational proces
instrument, teacher’s perception
about managerial skill principal school
and teacher’s work motivation. The items of instrument validity is tested
by using Product Moment Correlation formula, and the instrument
Reliability is calculated by using Alpha Cronbach formula. The data was
analyzed by using simple and multiple regressions. The result of this
research indicates that there are positive correlations between: (1)
teacher’s competence
on educational process, on teacher’s motivation
with ry1 = 0,600 same as Ỹ to X1 are
Y = 27,139 + 0,443X1. (2)
Teacher’s perception about manajerial skill principal school with teacher’s
work motivation with ry2 = 598 as Ỹ to X2 are Y= 41,136 + 0,301X2. (3)
Teacher’s competence
in educational proces and teacher’s perception
about manajerial skill principal school on the teacher’s work motivation
with ry12 = 0,667 but, determination cooficient amount 0,445. Same as Ỹ
correlation to X1, X2 are Y = 22,804 +0,276X1 +0,186X2. Futhemore this
research concludes that there is positive and significance corelation
between teacher’s competence in educational process. So, teacher’s
perception about managerial skill of principal school and significance
correlated with teacher’s work motivation of Elementary school in District
Gading Cempaka of Town Bengkulu.
