Abstract

Modules are teaching materials that can increase motivation and
enthusiasm for students to learn. This study aims to (1) Analyze the effect of
Hydnophytum moseleyanum Becc solid lipid nanoparticles on creatinine and
ureum levels of Mus musculus infected with malaria, (2) Describe the design of
learning modules based on the results of research on the effect of Hydnophytum
moseleyanum Becc solid lipid nanoparticles on Musculinus and urea levels of
Musinculus and urea. infected with malaria, (3) Determine the understanding of
the concept of class XI students of SMAN 2 Bengkulu City on excretion system
material using a learning module about the effect of dense extracted lipid
nanoparticles t Hydnophytum moseleyanum Becc on creatinine and Mus musculus
ureum levels infected with malaria. The research model used is high-speed
homogenisation and ultrasonication techniques, and the development model used,
namely Research and Development (R&D), consists of four steps out of ten steps,
namely information gathering, planning, developing module drafts, and expert
validation. The study was conducted in two stages: the first stage was to
investigate the effect of Hydnophytum moseleyanum Becc solid lipid nanoparticles
on creatinine and Mus musculus ureum levels infected with malaria. The second
stage is designing a kidney module on excretory system material based on
scientific research data to see students' understanding of concepts. The results
were obtained at P5 dose 0.056 g / kg bb, average creatinine levels of 0.36 mg /
dL were closer to normal creatinine levels, at P5 0.056 g / kg bb, average urea
levels of 45.8 mg / dL were closer to the average normal ureum level and the
ability to understand the concept of class XI students of SMAN 2 Bengkulu City
viewed from the classical grades with 18% good, 68% enough, and 13% less. The
ability of understanding students' concepts in the aspect of translation has
developed well, interpretation is sufficient while Extrapolation has not developed
well (less).
