Abstract

The purpose of the research was to describe the responsibility of teachers on task
of teaching at Yunior High School Number 2 Lubuk Pinang and Yunior
High School Number 3 Mukomuko Utara. It included teaching plan, applied
of teaching, evaluation, following of evaluation, supports factor, obstacles factor,
and strategy overcome. The research method was design as descriptive method.
The main source of data
were teachers who teach national examination
subjects, student, headmaster, and vice headmaster. The technique
of collecting
data were interview, observation, and documentations. The result of the research
showed that the teachers responsibility is well in planning of
learning, applying
teaching-learning process, They have been applying their teaching plan by
designing teaching instrument as well as teaching learning process based on
teaching plan. The teachers had evaluated the teaching by post test, home work,
practice test, portofolio. The teacher had remedial and improvement program as a
feedback of evaluation. And they had overcome the obstacle factors or problem
in teaching learning by the characteristic basic competency of subject. They had
used the school area to teaching learning process.
