PENGARUH EMOTIONAL LABOR DAN BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi pada Hotel Santika Kota Bengkulu)

The purpose of this research wasto know influence of emotional labor and burnouton the employee performance in Hotel
Santika Kota BengkuluThis study aims to determine how the partial effect on the performance of the Hotel Santika Kota Bengkulu.
The data used primary data. The method of analysis in this research is done by using quantitative descriptive. Data were collected by
questionnaire technique, while scale measurement using 5 point Likert scale.The sample used in this study was 60 respondents using
purposive sampling. In this study researchers used multiple linear regression technique as a method of data analysis to determine the
effect of the variable emotional labor and burnoutof the employee performance and using SPSS 16.0 sofware. The method in this
study using construct analysis to test the validity of the data and using Cronbach's alpha to test the reliability of the data.The results
of this study indicate that the emotional labor and burnout positive and significant effect on the performance.
