Abstract

this aim learns to analyze quality from prepare by restaurant sate single bengkulu to
customer that review to return based on at quality function distribution application (qfd. this
research gives for the management from restaurant sate single bengkulu to repair
competitiveness, also to interesting custumer. this can be done by use qfd (distribution
method) quality function. this research steps is interest degree, consumer satisfaction level,
technical parameter determination, interaction effect between technical explanation
(technique parameter) with services character, technical conception, technical prioritie, as
good as disagreement and synergie emerge from technical conception, technical prioritie, as
good as disagreement and synergie emerge from technical explanation.
data uses at this learn principal and get by primary data interview and questionnaire.
questionnaire is peered restaurant customer sate single bengkulu and single beautiful
restaurant bengkulu. respondent at this research is as much as 35 customers. sampling
technique uses at this research purposive technique random sample. after processed data,
researcher gets 40 that important characters with customer. also there 11 technical parameters
prepares by restaurant sate single bengkulu that satisfy consideringly well value 147.43,
temporary the competitor, single beautiful restaurant, considering well value 165.34. this can
conclude single beautiful restaurant bengkulu at better and many satisfy from in restaurant
sate single.
