Abstract
Improving employee performance of Finance Administration Secretariat Rejang
Lebong District is one of the goals of the organization in order to carry out and
achieve all the goals of the organization that has been set. Formulation of the
problem are taken is how motivation and performance of employees in the
Department of Financial Administration Rejang Lebong District Secretariat. The
data used in this study is primary data. Primary data was collected through
questionnaires and interviews aimed at understanding in depth the performance
based employee motivation of Finance Administration Rejang Lebong District
Secretariat. Having conducted research in the field of research methods census
number by 50 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive
analyses. Based on these results it can be concluded that the motivations of
employees of Financial Administration Rejang Lebong District Secretariat has
been good, it can be seen from the performance that has been categorized as either
