Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and
discipline to employee motivation in Bengkulu Provincial Revenue Office. The
study design was descriptive analytic method. The study population were all
employees of Regional Revenue Office of Bengkulu province, amounting to 71
people as respondents using census. Sources of data in this study is primary data
that is obtained directly from the data source object of research, the technique of
collecting data using questionnaires and interviews.
Based on the survey results revealed that the positive effect of motivation,
discipline on the performance of employees working in the province of Bengkulu
Regional Revenue Office (significance 0.040 <0.050), which means that the
motivation and discipline of work can improve employee performance.
