Abstract
The objectives of this research is to investigate analysis of performance, reward and
punishment in Kejaksaaan Negeri Bengkulu. The data was used primary data,
sample from a population by using questionnaire as data compiler. Population in
research all officer of Kejaksanaan Negeri Bengkulu amounting to 41 peoples, the
analysis method is to use census. Informant (interview subject) taken by purposive
sampling equal to 5 peoples. Method analyses data was used descriptive quantitative
and descriptive qualitative. The result of this research was finding (1) the
punishment implementation more than reward influence to low of performance
officer, therefore to proportional; (2) implementation of the reward system
Kejaksanaan Negeri Bengkulu can motivate employee to work better by giving
money to eat in accordance with the provisions, place to internship for increasing
employment and provide recognition for work performance in reaching employers,
