Abstract
Achievement motivation as the motivation that drives one to achieve
success in competing with a size advantage (standard of excellence). Demand that
McClelland's theory of achievement motivation can be seen from three aspects,
namely in terms of cognition, conasion and affection. The author chose the title
"Employeed Achievement Motivation PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
Bengkulu office "because the author felt the need to know how achievement
motivation Account Officer at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk
Bengkulu office. The purpose of the research I do is describe achievement
motivation Account Officer PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bengkulu
office.
This study used descriptive research which types of research to provide a
picture or description of motivation PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)
Bengkulu office especially in marketing the Account Officer. The population in
this study were employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bengkulu
office special section Credit Marketing (Account Officer) totaling 22 respondents
which comprises 16 Commercial AO, 1 AO Program, 2 AO Consumer, 2 AO
Kretap, 1 AO NPLs as a whole becomes the unit of analysis in this study. Thus
this study is to research and census data collection methods used in this study by
questionnaire and interview.
From this research, the results of measurements of the average
distribution, the cognition of 4.37, the konasi of 4.44 while the value of 4.22
obtained affections. In terms of cognition, conasion and affection are still present
in the same range that is in the range of 4.20 to 5.00 which means the Account
Officer PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bengkulu office have
achievement motivation is "very high" and the recapitulation of the distribution of
average Account Officer PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bengkulu
office in terms of cognition, and affection konasi had a mean value of 4.34
achievement motivation Account Officer PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)
Tbk Bengkulu office in terms of cognition, konasi and affection is "very high" ie
4, 34 which are in the range from 4.20 to 5.00.
