ANALYSIS OF RETRIBUTION POTENTIAL OF SPECIAL PARKING- PLACE IN MUKOMUKO DISTRICT AREA

The research aimed to excavate the potential of Special Parking-Place of
Mukomuko District in order to increase the District Net Income (PAD) of
Mukomuko District. The research has used qualitative and quantitative method.
The result has shown that: 1) the development of retribution realization of special
parking-place at Mukomuko District in last five years (2007-2011) has fluctuated.
Income in 2007-2009 has increased, while in 2010 has decreased until -17.8 %,
although it has increased again of 91.2 % in 2010; 2) Retribution potential of
Special Parking-Place at Mukomuko District is potentially and prospectively high.
It can be seen of some aspect, such as: a) by Rational Target Decree obtained total
retribution potential that still hidden in eleven area of Special Parking-Place in
2012 of Rp. 138.909.142,- b) if the extractive potential for 2013 is 50 %, it will
obtain total potential of Rp. 113.494.023,-.
