Abstract
This research has aims to know 1) Lecture profile in Muhammadiyah University
of Bengkulu 2) Lecture forcasting in Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu 3)
Strategy Human Resources Planning in Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu
This research belongs to qualitative research aiming to describe in detail and
deeply
about strategy human resources planning in private higher education
(case study in Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu). Data collecting
technique used in this research was interview, observation and library study.
Data analysis in this research used SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is one of
metode is used to determine strength, weakness, opportunity and threats
organization.
The result of research is grand strategy human resources planning at
Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is WO strategy (Weakness-Opportunity),
it’s mean that human resources planning must be able to minimize weakness by
used maximaze opportunity.
