Abstract

Performance is influenced by several factors, such as organizational culture,
organizational commitment, and kepuaan work. The purpose of this study was to
determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, job
satisfaction to employee performance Badan Pemerdayaan Masyarakat dan
Pemerintah Desa t (BPMPD) Bengkulu Province.
Data used in this research is the primary data obtained directly from the object
of research in this respect is the organizational culture, organizational commitment,
job satisfaction and employee performance. The number of samples in this study was
37 staff / employees. The sampling method used in this study is total sampling
method. Analysis technique used in this study is the multiple linear regression to
obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between one variable with another
variable.
The results showed positive and significant is between organizational culture,
organizational commitment and job satisfaction to employee performance Badan
Pemerdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Bengkulu Province,
(Fcount = 33.984 with significance = 0.00 <0.05). There are positive and significant
influence between organizational culture and employee performance and Badan
Pemerdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Bengkulu Province, (t
count = 7.821 with significance = 0.000 <0.05). There are positive and significant
influence between organizational commitment to employee performance Badan
Pemerdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Bengkulu Province, (t
count = 2.535 with significance = 0.016 <0.05). There are positive and significant
influence between job satisfaction to employee performance Badan Pemerdayaan
Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Bengkulu Province, (t count = 3.104 with
significance = 0.004 <0.05). Taken together the enormous impact of organizational
culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to employee performance
Badan Pemerdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Bengkulu province
at 73.3% while the rest of 26.7% influenced by other variables that are not revealed in
this study .
