Abstract

This study aims to know servants’ perception about transparency and
accountability in the forming budget of Bengkulu Province Goverment.The sampel of
this study consist of 290 public servants who work on planning and financing section of
SKPD in environtment Bengkulu Province Goverment, but just 243 samples who
possible to be sample of this study. The analysis method of this study used descriptive
analysis with validity dan reliability test of questionnaire that was distributed.
The result of data analysis shows that still need to improve the tranparency and
accountability in the budgetting to develop good goverments.
