ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. SINAR SOSRO PABRIK CIBITUNG - BEKASI

This research is aimed to identify the factors that related to employee’s motivation PT. Sinar Sosro Pabrik Cibitung-Bekasi. The research use a statistical analysis of non-parametik that is the Rank Spearman (rs) analysis to test significant relationship to some variables observed. Based on the results of the calculation then it can be inferred that there are nine variables that have a real relationship with the employee’s work motivation that is achievement, confession, responsibility, employee’s development, the relationship between superiors and subordinates, the relationship between colleague, regulations and company policies andconditions of work, and compensation.
