The purpose of this research is 1) Calculate the rate of labour productivity of Palm harvesters PT. Sumindo Alno Main, 2) Analyze the factors that are associated with the level of labour productivity of Palm harvesters PT. Alno Agro Utama Sumindo Estate. The determination of the location of the research is done in deliberately(purposive) PT Agro Sumindo Alno Main Estate. The respondents in this study the daily labor fixed (KHT) Palm harvesters at PT. Alno Agro Utama Sumindo Estate that spread in the 7 Division. The results showed that the labour productivity of palm harvesters at PT. Alno Agro Utama Sumindo Estate has an average of 403,40 kg/day. This included into the category of medium productivity. Based on the results of the research note that the factor of formal education, family income and the perception of the company's facilities had a real relationship with the level of labour productivity of Palm harvesters at PT. Alno Agro Utama
Sumindo Estate, While the factors age, number of dependents, work experience and work motivation does not have a real relationship with the level of labour productivity of Palm harvesters.
