Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the effect goal of clarity, leadership style and government financial performance to SKPD performance of Bengkulu Province. This study used a questioner to collect data.The sampling method used in this study a random structural eselon 3 and 4 in SKPD
Bengkulu. The result of the first hyphotesis suggest that goal of clarity and a significant positive effect
on the SKPD performance . This means that the obvious purpose of a SKPD performance then that would be obtained also increased. As for the second hyphotesis, leadership style had no effect on SKPD performance. Similarly for the third hypothesis, in which government financial performance
and significant positive effect on the SKPD performance
