KEBIJAKAN FISKAL DAN PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DAERAH DI INDONESIA

This paper is intended to analysis regional economic growth in Indonesia especially, to analysis the impact of fical policy on regional economic growth. Data are taken from seven publications issued by BPS for the years of 1983-199 and for 26 provinces. With panel data approach, Extreme Brounds Analysis (EBA) is use to make conclusio of the impact of fiscal policy on economi growth.Many equation are in EBA approach. EB-test to identify “robust” empirice relations in the economic growth. And this research shows that fiscal policy, which it is proxies by governmen
expenditure growth, it has positif effect and consistent significan for six regressions. It is mean that fiscal policy has positive impact on regional economic growth.
